My new (to me) 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee faced some 2”+ hail that left it in rough shape. Cracked wind shield, hail spots all over, and more. I chose to drive my vehicle 5.5 hours to Stew Hansens to take care of it. They worked directly with my insurance and I really didn’t need to do a thing. My vehicle looks brand new, they even cleaned up the inside for me so it REALLY feels and looks brand new. I am very appreciative of the hard work from Stew Hansens! Thank you!
Tony Pelham is a fabulous service technician. He helped me through a difficult experience with my car which required communication with the Stellantis parent company (which, if you have one of their cars you know how difficult that can be). He was able to accelerate the timeline of the repair process and was sensitive to the personal circumstances that my car repair impacted. I can’t say enough good things about his communication, expertise and professionalism.

I brought my new van in for an oil change, and also brought my 10 month old Golden Retriever puppy. My appointment went great. They kept me informed of a couple of other things that needed changed, air filters, and had that done too. My puppy loved meeting everyone and even got treats. They are very dog friendly. Thank you for getting my van in and the work done in about an hour.
We recently purchased a used Cadillac SUV from Stew Hansen Dodge Ram Chrysler. Mavis was our sales person. She makes vehicle shopping fun! Even when things weren’t going smoothly, Jose kept us informed and made sure we knew everything was being taken care of and that we had nothing to worry about. We really appreciate the way he handled our warranty and all the repairs on our Jeep. We can’t thank him and the team enough for getting our Jeep fixed and back to us.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and vehicle inspection and service advisor chris was helpful in getting my jeep all set up. Service was fairly quick. Waiting area was clean and had good drinks options. Overall good experience
Needed to have 3 key fobs programed & 3 keys cut for my Pacifica. I was quoted $100. When work was completed, I was charged an extra $36 for cutting the keys. Job was done in a timely period and in a professional & friendly manner.

Everything went well except being quoted $240 to scan, before anyone even looked it the vehicle ! Had a message on the dashboard that stated "rear brake light out" ! Was quoted by a "service manager" ! before anyone looked at it !

Called one dealership and only got to talk to a machine. Which it made mistakes on what kind of truck and the year. Called Stew Hanson and talk to a real human being. Got all of my information correct and my appointment scheduled so much easier than having to deal with an AI. Then when I got there their service department was wonderful and took care of me everything I needed done.
