Iāve had a couple āincidentsā in the past that I needed some help with in regards to my Wrangler and Ram 1500. Mike, the service manager, was always willing to listen and come to an agreeable solution. I appreciate that from a service department. Having purchased several vehicles there and always being treated well by the sales team, I will continue my loyalty there until given a reason to change.

We own a airstream Rangeline on a Ram Promaster chassis and we were traveling from Jackson Hole Wyoming to Des Moines Iowa to see family. Had a wonderful car buying experience with Heidi & Tony! Towing 3 small kids into a dealership can be overwhelming but Heidi made it a breeze! From the toys she provided so that we could discuss options to the snacks she brought when we were working with finance.. itās the small details that mean tons!! I am from out state and had an issue with my 3500 Ram truck on late Friday afternoon While on the highway coming to town I called the nearest Dodge dealer (Dewey) and was told they couldnāt (wouldnāt) help us, even on Monday When my wife asked if they didnāt have any grace for emergency repairs, she was told their were other Dodge dealers in Des Moines They were right, there was Stew Hanson Dodge that said they would be happy to help Buy your car or truck from someone that will help when you need it most
We scheduled our appointment online with our second service one our new truck. We originally purchased our truck in Arizona moved back to Iowa over the winter and became Stew Hanson customers during a snowstorm. Friendly staff even though everyone seems to be very busy taking care of everyone that is on the lot or in the building. No customers seemed to be unattended or just waiting for something. TLDR/ I bought an SUV and things didn't go like I planned Stew Hansen's made it right! I bought a used SUV the price was advertised at $32,000 on a Friday evening but Saturday morning the price had changed to $37,000. They honored the Friday price but would not budge on price or repairs. It took until Tuesday to get but when I picked it up the gas light was on.
