Jose did a great job with the axle locker actuator. He stayed on top of the repair, got the needed information together, and kept things moving without turning it into a drawn out ordeal. What stood out was how straightforward the whole thing was. No extra noise, no unnecessary complications, just a solid job and good follow through.
Had a great Van purchase experience with my sales rep Alex Webb and the rest of the team at Stew Hansen. Wasn't pushy or high pressure, did his job to close the sale in a professional manner. While their trade in offer was pretty low, I negotiated up to a price I was willing to part with my trade in and they accepted. They did a great job fixing the rear end of my vehicle. They replaced the hatch, bumper, and matched the paint. It looks brand new, and so far drives great. I can't speak for whether the price was fair, as it was paid for by the insurance of the person who hit me. But the car drives great and they cleaned the interior too.

My new (to me) 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee faced some 2”+ hail that left it in rough shape. Cracked wind shield, hail spots all over, and more. I chose to drive my vehicle 5.5 hours to Stew Hansens to take care of it. They worked directly with my insurance and I really didn’t need to do a thing. My vehicle looks brand new, they even cleaned up the inside for me so it REALLY feels and looks brand new. I am very appreciative of the hard work from Stew Hansens! Thank you!
Tony Pelham is a fabulous service technician. He helped me through a difficult experience with my car which required communication with the Stellantis parent company (which, if you have one of their cars you know how difficult that can be). He was able to accelerate the timeline of the repair process and was sensitive to the personal circumstances that my car repair impacted. I can’t say enough good things about his communication, expertise and professionalism.

I brought my new van in for an oil change, and also brought my 10 month old Golden Retriever puppy. My appointment went great. They kept me informed of a couple of other things that needed changed, air filters, and had that done too. My puppy loved meeting everyone and even got treats. They are very dog friendly. Thank you for getting my van in and the work done in about an hour.
